Steps
- Open AlphaRelay Copilot and choose the mission scenario.
- Select the test operator when an agency roster is available, pick a scenario template or No scenario template, enter
Training missionas the mission name, and add one harmless mission-specific AI target if testing Live AI. - Tap Start Mission and confirm remote live starts automatically when the device is online.
- Open the mission from Mission Dashboard and select Live stream (WebRTC).
- If the team will use Mission Viewer, open Copilot on the second licensed Android or iOS device, choose the active mission, and confirm video, timeline, and alert updates.
- Add one event from Copilot (quick event, manual event with current frame, or voice:
relay <details>). - Add one event from Mission Overwatch. Try Dictate, review the transcript, then click Log Manual Event.
- If Device Live AI will be used, confirm it is enabled and perform a safe person-detection check with internet, then verify automatic on-device fallback in a controlled connectivity test. Confirm the informational/yellow treatment. Do not simulate a weapon alert with a real weapon.
- Run a short, safe exercise.
- Tap Stop and complete mission or Stop Mission on the Copilot device.
- Confirm footage uploaded or is queued (see upload banner / status).
- Review the Timeline. For each test Device Live AI or AI live-watch alert, practice Approve alert or Dismiss alert. Review any available image analysis with Accept as is or Review & edit, then click Done — continue.
- Under Media, open Play with Events, confirm markers appear, and click Done — continue after checking footage and photos.
- If AI Review is configured, accept one safe test finding, reject the rest, and click Done — continue. Return to Timeline if the accepted finding reopens it for officer review.
- Generate the after-action report and walk through seal / approval / export if your workflow uses them.
