Web sign-in

  1. Go to alpha-relay.com and sign in.
  2. Open Mission Overwatch once while online on each browser profile used in the field.

Android Copilot setup

  1. Download the APK from alpha-relay.com/download.html.
  2. Install and open AlphaRelay Copilot.
  3. Grant requested permissions.
  4. Use the startup screen to choose Choose Scenario for a new mission or View Live Mission to support an active mission.

Android drone controller setup

Use this path when the pilot device is an Android-based drone controller rather than a separate tablet or phone. You do not need to enable Android Developer mode to install AlphaRelay.
  1. Connect the controller to internet.
  2. Open the controller web browser.
  3. Download AlphaRelay Copilot from the dashboard app download link. If needed, open alpha-relay.com/download.html directly.
  4. When Android prompts for unknown-source installation, allow the browser or file manager to install unknown apps from that source.
  5. Install and open AlphaRelay Copilot.
  6. Grant requested permissions.
  7. Activate with the short controller pairing code generated by an admin, or use another license method below.

iPhone and iPad setup

  1. Install the organization-provided AlphaRelay Copilot app on a device running iOS 26.
  2. Open Copilot and scan the license QR code, enter the 8-character pairing code, or enter the full ar-… key.
  3. Allow Screen Recording when starting capture. Grant microphone and speech-recognition permission only when voice events or microphone audio are needed.
  4. Use Start Mission for a new controller-screen mission or Watch Live Mission to support an active mission.

Device license

The Copilot app uses an organization license key — not the web-app email/password sign-in. Use one of these activation paths:
  • Copy the full ar-… license key from Organization.
  • Scan the QR code, which opens alpharelay://license?key=….
  • Import an activation file downloaded by an admin.
  • Enter a short controller pairing code generated by an admin.
Controller pairing codes do not expire. Each code can activate one installation and can be retried on that same device, but it cannot be reused for a different installation. License seat limits, suspension, and revocation still apply. Store unused codes securely. Update later from Pilot console → System → AlphaRelay license, or long-press Choose Scenario. The app validates against AlphaRelay and keeps a 10-day offline grace after the last successful check. Connect to the internet before starting if the grace window expired. Keys are issued by org admins from Organization or internal admin tools.

Pilot agreements

If your organization is onboarded through AlphaRelay pilot agreements, sign the agreement from the email link before relying on organization access. Completed signed PDFs are available from Organization Documents after onboarding. → Before you go to the field → Pilot agreements and documents
