AlphaRelay helps teams run drone or field missions and produce a defensible record afterward. AlphaRelay Copilot on Android, iPhone, or iPad runs controller-screen missions, captures footage, and logs events while the flight app keeps aircraft control. A second licensed Copilot device can use Mission Viewer to watch an active mission and add events without controlling the aircraft. Mission Overwatch in a browser is where command staff watch live video, add events, review footage, build after-action reports, seal evidence, and export packages. The Mission Dashboard is the command home for finding missions and supervisor review queues.

Basic flow

  1. Start a live mission from AlphaRelay Copilot.
  2. Watch live and log command-side events in Mission Overwatch when the pilot device is online.
  3. End the mission when field work is complete.
  4. Upload and review footage.
  5. Generate the after-action report, seal evidence, and export.

Mission connectivity

The current public Copilot workflow does not present a Local Network mission button. A LAN relay may still appear in older or deployment-specific Android builds, but it is separate from the normal public workflow. On Android drone controllers, Copilot uses Controller Screen Capture by default. The controller’s native flight app keeps flight control while AlphaRelay captures the controller screen, streams it into the mission, and records one continuous mission video. On detected DJI SDK-controller setups, a listed and connected DJI aircraft can instead unlock Pilot mode for AlphaRelay flight controls. On iPhone and iPad, Copilot uses iOS ReplayKit. Choose AlphaRelay Capture from the broadcast picker, then open the flight app. Copilot can record, publish remote live, log screenshot-backed quick, manual, and Relay voice events, and retry queued evidence when connectivity returns. With a DJI Avata and compatible DJI Goggles, AlphaRelay uses Goggles Mode on a separate Android device. DJI Fly displays the goggles live view, AlphaRelay starts a mission with no scenario, and the goggles with their compatible controller remain responsible for the aircraft. Live missions start from Copilot — not from the browser. For work that already happened outside AlphaRelay, Import mission in Mission History creates a closed post-flight record for review and reporting. Copilot also includes Device Live AI. It uses licensed cloud analysis when internet is healthy and automatically falls back to on-device people and possible-weapon detection when cloud analysis is unavailable. Every alert still requires human review.
