What syncs to the cloud

When internet is available: mission metadata, events, screenshots, photos, footage references, reports, custody records, and org data — protected by sign-in and database access rules. Read the public AlphaRelay Privacy Policy for the current service-level privacy notice.

AI

Configured AI can draft after-action report content from structured mission data, help review uploaded media, answer questions about available mission imagery, analyze selected or automatically queued manual/voice event screenshots, and watch sampled remote-live frames when enabled. AI live watch can combine standard detections with bounded scenario-specific and mission-specific visible targets. Always review:
  • Timeline accuracy
  • Footage and photo references
  • Accepted AI Review findings and officer-reviewed timeline observations
  • Ask AI answers, limitations, and supporting evidence
  • Event screenshot or media image analysis
  • AI live watch alerts and attached frame evidence

Treat AI output as draft material. AI Review can sample frames from uploaded footage and analyze uploaded photos or event screenshots. Accepted findings are added to the timeline, where an officer must Accept as is or Review & edit before report use. Ask AI uses available mission imagery, reports confidence and limitations, and does not replace review of the original media. AI Review can retain region metadata for matching and deduplication, but it does not draw model bounding boxes over thumbnails or the full-screen source viewer. Device Live AI and AI live-watch alerts are logged as review prompts, not final determinations. An officer must choose Approve alert before a synced alert screenshot can be analyzed or considered for the report, or Dismiss alert to exclude it. Any resulting image analysis still requires Accept as is or Review & edit. Device Live AI uses licensed server-side analysis when connectivity is healthy and automatically falls back to on-device people and possible-weapon detection when it is not. Provider credentials remain server-side. Mission Overwatch, device cloud analysis, and local fallback coordinate temporary ownership to reduce duplicate alerts. Person detections use informational/yellow treatment and do not identify people. Possible weapons and other urgent threat indicators use red treatment and still require human review. AlphaRelay uses one official-event rule across counts, playback markers, reports, offline exports, and custody views: undeleted human-created events are included; automatic AI alerts require approval; accepted AI Review findings require Timeline officer review. Pending or dismissed automatic alerts and accepted AI Review findings without Timeline officer review remain outside the official evidence set and are permanently removed when Timeline review completes or the mission seals. Mission Overwatch Dictate uses the browser’s speech-recognition capability and microphone permission. Availability and speech processing depend on the browser and operating system; type the event when agency policy or browser support does not permit dictation.

Pilot agreements

Pilot agreement PDFs and signed copies are stored in private storage. Signing links use tokens, and completed PDFs are opened through short-lived signed URLs. Completed signing records may include signer details, timestamp, IP address when available, user agent, agreement version, PDF hash, and audit metadata.

Do not share exports before sync and review are complete.
