Five-step workflow
1
Set up devices
Install AlphaRelay Copilot on the field devices, activate each device license, and sign in to the web app.
2
Start a mission
Tap Choose Scenario, select the operator when an agency roster is available, choose a scenario template, and tap Start Mission. Remote live starts automatically when the pilot device has validated internet. Android drone controllers use Controller Screen Capture by default; detected DJI SDK-controller setups can unlock Pilot mode after a supported-aircraft and live-connection check. With a DJI Avata and compatible DJI Goggles connected to an Android device, Goggles Mode starts the mission automatically.
3
Watch and log events
Use Mission Overwatch for remote live, focused AI live watch when configured, and command-side event logging. A second licensed Android or iOS device can use Mission Viewer for a compact live view and event logging. Device Live AI uses cloud analysis when available and automatically falls back to on-device detection when it is not.
4
Review the mission
Upload or sync footage, then follow Mission Overwatch through Timeline, Media, and AI Review when available. Use Done — continue after each review step; analyze media findings and use Ask AI when configured.
5
Finalize the record
Generate the report, seal evidence, submit for supervisor review, and export when ready. Submission locks review work; approval makes the record permanently read-only.
