Steps
- Tap Land on the pilot device when appropriate.
- Follow normal landing and safety procedures.
- Tap Stop and complete mission or Stop Mission in AlphaRelay Copilot when field work is complete.
- Optionally tap Close Mission from the Mission card in Mission Overwatch.
- Check the upload or queue status before powering off the pilot device.
What happens
- The relay session ends with the mission.
- SD recording stops after a successful land when supported.
- In Controller Screen Capture, AlphaRelay finalizes the mission-long controller-screen recording instead of pulling aircraft SD video.
- In Goggles Mode, AlphaRelay finalizes the captured DJI Fly live-view frames as an MP4 and queues it for upload. It does not pull the DJI Avata’s internal-storage or microSD footage.
- Footage may upload immediately or queue for later sync.
- Queued Copilot video is stored durably and retries when validated connectivity returns, including after the app restarts.
- Android and iOS Mission Viewer event logging stops and the selected timeline becomes read-only.
- Mission Overwatch stops remote-live playback and switches to historical review instead of retrying the closed live stream.
- Review should wait until footage status is clear.
Do not force-stop or uninstall Copilot while footage is queued. On iOS, keep Copilot open while ReplayKit finalization and handoff complete. Browser-initiated uploads still require the browser tab to remain open.
