Use Combine selected when two or more completed missions belong to the same incident, such as a pilot handoff or several aircraft covering one operation. A Supervisor, Admin, or Owner can combine missions from the same organization.

Before you combine

Confirm the correct organization and mission names. Each selected mission must be closed and must not already be a combined mission. Let saved events and footage finish uploading so reviewers can work from the complete record. Combining replaces the separate mission entries in ordinary Mission History with one combined entry. AlphaRelay preserves the original evidence records and who recorded them. The original mission entries are hidden and cannot be restored separately through Trash. This is more than placing missions in a folder.

Create the combined record

  1. Open Mission Dashboard → Mission History.
  2. Select the checkboxes for at least two eligible missions from the same organization.
  3. Click Combine selected.
  4. Read the message about hiding the original entries, enter a clear incident name, and confirm.
  5. AlphaRelay opens the combined mission in Mission Overwatch.

Review and report

The combined record brings events into time order and includes the source recordings, photos, and AI findings. Check Source missions and operators to confirm which missions and people contributed. Review the original recording times and camera angles before relying on the combined sequence. Review Timeline, Media, AI Review, and Report for the combined record. Existing event decisions stay attached to their evidence. The combined record has its own report and approval process; creating it does not automatically complete review or approve a report. Use the normal evidence-sealing and supervisor-approval steps when review is complete. If Combine selected is unavailable, check your role, the selected organization, whether every mission is closed, and whether any selection is already combined. → Review footage · Generate a report · Evidence sealing
