Command home at alpha-relay.com/dashboard.html:

Select a mission to open Mission Overwatch (dashboard link: Open Mission Console). Events logged and event-based KPIs use the official mission-event set: human-created events that have not been deleted, approved automatic AI alerts, and officer-reviewed AI findings. Pending or dismissed automatic alerts can still appear under Latest alerts for operational awareness, but they are not included in official event totals. → Import a mission

Delete or restore a mission

Mission creators and organization admins can move a closed mission to Trash from the After-Action Report tab in Mission Overwatch. The mission disappears from Mission History, but AlphaRelay keeps its events, evidence, reports, and linked media recoverable for 30 days. To recover it:
  1. Open Mission Dashboard → Mission History while connected.
  2. Click Trash.
  3. Find the mission and check the time remaining.
  4. Click Restore and confirm. The mission returns to Mission History with its linked record intact.
Authorized organization admins can instead choose Delete now in Trash. This starts permanent removal of the mission and linked stored evidence before the 30-day deadline and cannot be undone.
AlphaRelay permanently removes a mission after it has been in Trash for 30 days, or sooner when an authorized admin confirms Delete now. Restore it before deletion begins.

Account

Set full name, rank/title, password, and email change requests. Names and ranks appear in Copilot’s operator picker and on mission attribution when the person’s active organization role is owner, admin, or operator.

Organization

Owners and admins manage:
  • Team members, roles, and status
  • Agency-specific mission scenarios with a name, category, summary, and up to eight visible AI watch targets
  • Organization time zone
  • Storage visibility
  • Copilot device license keys, QR codes, activation files, and controller pairing codes
Agency scenarios appear in the web and Copilot mission pickers after refresh. Their AI watch items are copied into each mission so AI live watch and post-mission AI Review keep the mission-specific focus even if the scenario changes later.

Create or edit an agency scenario

  1. Open Organization Settings → Settings → Mission scenarios.
  2. Enter the scenario name, category, and a short summary.
  3. Under What should AI look for?, enter one concrete visible item per line, up to eight.
  4. Click Create scenario. Use Edit on an existing agency scenario to update it.
  5. Refresh Choose Scenario on an online Pilot device before the mission starts.
Use observable descriptions rather than conclusions about identity, intent, legality, injury, or whether an area is clear.

Activity Log

Open Organization Settings → Activity Log for a read-only record of material organization, mission, media, AI-review, report, and account actions. The server records the acting person’s identity, role, and time. Filter by person, mission, action, or date, and use Load older activity to page backward. Mission-related rows link back to Mission Overwatch when a mission is available. The Activity Log is an accountability view, not a control for editing or deleting the recorded actions. If your account belongs to more than one organization, use the organization switcher in the app sidebar. Switching from Mission Overwatch returns you to the selected organization’s Command Center so mission data from the previous organization is not left in focus. After a successful cloud refresh, the selected organization’s server roster is authoritative: missions deleted from that roster disappear from the dashboard, while local missions or event changes still waiting to sync are retained until AlphaRelay can upload them. New controller pairing codes do not expire. A code still activates only one installation and remains subject to license seat, suspension, and revocation rules. Only owners and admins can open Organization.

Organization Documents

When signed pilot agreements are linked to your organization, Organization Documents lets signed-in users open completed agreement PDFs through short-lived signed links. → Devices and licenses → Pilot agreements and documents
