# Security, Privacy, and AI

> Local vs cloud processing, AI drafts, and review responsibilities.

## What runs locally

* **Pilot app**: flight controls, quick events, LAN relay, optional Local AI detection, voice relay
* **Mission Overwatch PWA shell**: page cache after first online visit (sign-in and sync still need network)

## What syncs to the cloud

When internet is available: mission metadata, events, screenshots, photos, footage references, reports, custody records, and org data — protected by sign-in and database access rules.

## Alpha AI

Drafts after-action report content from structured mission data. Always review:

* Timeline accuracy
* Footage and photo references
* **Items Requiring Officer Review**

Treat AI output as draft material.

## Custody and approval
